In consonance with the above mentioned saying,
Dear Fraternity Members, Introduction of RPD Act 2016 is considered as
a new era in
the field of Differently abled Community of the nation.
Individual participation at global level has become the need for an hour.
In this context, RSGE Admin team is organizing a comprehensive
programme series called
“Information Towards Community” (I.T.C.).
The moto of this programme series is Sowing the seeds of Rights in the
heart of every Challenged person.
It is the dire necessity and bound duty of every Differently abled
person to acquire knowledge about RIGHTS OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
in general and particularly about Rights of Disability Act 2016.
With this context, RSGE Team Heartily Welcomes the aspirants  to
attend this online zoom application based sensitization programme
series.
About the ITC SERIES:
It is an online programme series approximately take place for  eight sessions.
John Victor Kodariyo-worked in World Blind Union and other
international organizations will be the Resource Person for this
series.
Key HIGHLIGHTS of the Programme
The following are the key discussions of this programme series:
1.      Introductory Session:
Meaning and Importance of Rights of Persons With Disability and
exigency of getting sensitized in the contemporary world.
2. Glimps of  Disability Rights Movement at the Global level
3.      A brief overview of  evolution of Disability Rights in India.
4. Unravelling of United  Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons
with Disabilities (UNCRPD)
5. A detailed analysis of Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016
and related developments.
6.      Role of differently abled persons and concerned stakeholders
in the  present senario.
Who are all can take part in this Programme series?
Differently abled who have completed 18 years  and above including
Visually challenged,
Persons with sight, working in Disability field and volunteers working
in this field can also take part in this series.
Instructions:
1.      Since it’s an online based zoom application meeting, Registered
candidates must be in a position to use zoom application.
2.      Persons who register for this ITC Programme series have to pay
Rs. 250 as
Token of Commitment
Special Note: Regular Students have to pay only Rs. 150 as token of Commitment.
Collected fund will be contributed for organizing
community based advocacy programmes.
The fund will not be refunded after the beginning of sessions.
Special Note: The specified fee may get revised based on number of participants.
3.      The last day for the registration will be 31/05/2019, till 8 PM.
Further, only 30 prior registered candidates are allowed to take part
in this workshop.
