Hi there, you can Email this query to Saksham. And provide the details of your laptop if they need. As you said before, you have already used Indo NVDA. It means, you have already registered with your licence key with Saksham. Once you provide your laptops details, they will provide you the same Licence key. Note, after getting your licence key, you have to keep it safely for your future reference. It means, if this kind of problem comes in the future, by using this key, you can resolve this problem by yourself.
