It really depends upon your requirements. If you are looking to use both Mac OSX and Windows, then one hardware is sufficed but you need to have high configuration such as 16 GB of Ram and 500 GB of SSD. If you are only looking to use windows then it is not worth having Mac book. Since you are telling that this is in your office environment, I don't think they will have privilege's to install Windows on Mac using Boot camp assistant. Windows can also be installed through the Fusion but this is not at all good since it shares the system resources being in one platform. If you install Windows through the Bootcamp then it is completely a dual boot session on your system. YOU can reboot your system either in Windows or Mac OSX.
