Dear sir,

i I heard such incidents of visually challenged candidates. I come
across these kind of harassments not only in exam; even in their
career achievements. I feel that these behavioural attitude of the
people could be changed through sensitization along with the demand of
the enforcement of our genuine legal rights. However, if we
straightaway start demanding our rights, these people react
negatively. Since, you have highlighted in your incident, the exam was
related to Bank, so, you could communicate the same to the IBPS and
wait for their future course of action.
