Dear sir,
From today morning SBI has again reintroduced capcha on its website:
https://ind01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=www.online.sbi.com&data=02%7C01%7Cchairman%40sbi.co.in%7C917fe4118d0442eac33008d72095fc9b%7Cfbdb22357f504509b407c58325ec27a8%7C0%7C0%7C637013700869879570&sdata=UiQGQJng%2F%2B0cWzXvCoyVJ%2BV0WwUHvSGOpqtCcq2FrQo%3D&reserved=0
while log in. It again puts thousands of visually impaired/print
impaired customers to remain dependent on others while doing Net
Banking. SBI was considered to be one of the best service providers to
disabled customers then why this sudden change? please you are
requested to introduce OTP provision to aunthenticate which is
accessible also. I hope you will take decision in this regard which
will ensure equity and facilitate seemless experience on SBI website
to visually impaired customers.
Regards
