SBI in India has been known for it's excellent service to persons with disability and this latest decision to introduce capture verification code on the SBI netbanking sight is unfortunate. We have been receiving cold response from SBI customer Service executives on this matter. As SBI netbanking already has security features included at multiple stages of it's navigation, kindly consider our situation and take back the capture code from the netbanking sight.
