Hi Rajesh,

Similar to Outlook Express, a sender is automatically added to Outlook when
you reply to the mail. Alternately, you can add a new address via the New
Contact option in the File menu.

What exactly do you mean by 'saving a mail message'? If you wish to save a
partially written mail in order to continue writing it later, simply press
ctrl-s to save it. The message is saved in the Draft folder. You can then
work on the mail later by accessing it from the Draft folder.

As for pauses when reading messages, that has more to do with the manner in
which the message is formatted than with a flaw in Outlook. If a message
contains forced line breaks, Jaws for some reason pauses when it encounters
such line breaks.
