Hi Saravanan, Usually the ticket counter people or the official at the enquery will be able to tell you the position of disabled coatch 10 - 15 min prior to the arrival of the train at a given station. For example, If a given train will arrive at 12PM, you can approach those counters by 11:40AM and enquire about the position of the disabled coatch. If they are not telling you means that they just don't want to take that extra step of looking at their device or finding out the info from the last station from which the train departed.
