Redmi  Note8, is fully accessible, regarding the speaker turning on 
automatically it is done because of the proximity sensor,
This can be turned off I believe in settings,
Second the call does not get muted, that’s false if it is you can un mute.
Go for this phone, it is a good purchase within the 10,000 budget..
