with greetings of the day! Dear friends, I am working in a centrel university. I want to ask my University to provide me laptop and scanner in order to augment my working efficiency in the department. But I am unable to find out any relevant rule/office memorandum so that university could understand it mendatory. I found some similar provisions in Higher Education Scheme during 12 5 year plan, but it got expired now. Therefore how should I ask my department to provide me these essential assistive devices.
