I live in shakarpur, Near Laxmi nagar metro station. Went to Chacha Nehru Hospital in Geeta Colony, they said they issue certificate only upto twelve years of age. Then discussed with GB Pant hospital and Lal Bhahdur hospital, they dont have eye department said visit Guru Nanank eye hospital
Went to Guru Nanak eye hospital they say go to your district hospital for certificate Earlier there was no such jurisdiction issue in the year 2007.
