Hello, When I am importing a Bengali file from ms word or writing some Bengali text in duxbury print mode, I am facing a peculiar problem. When there are three consonants in a conjunct, as in rashtra, yantra, etc. the conjunct starts with dots 4-6. Suppose, the words is rashtra, dots 4-6 comes before the consonants for sh, t and r and there is no dot 4. The expected dots should be dot 4, sh, dot 4, t and then r. I am not sure if I have made it clear.
I have tried both Bengali India and Bengali Bandladeshi. I have also tested it using Hindi on Bengali unicode. The same problem persists. I have tried duxbury 12.1 and 12.3. Please find a solution. Otherwise I shall write to duxbury for support. I am not sure if I can explain it to them also. With best regards, Amiyo Biswas Cell: 6290527506 / 9433464329 Celebrating World Disability Day!
