I am working on an online analytics platform using Google Chrome and NVDA. The tool uses popup functionality for information input. If I want to access and configuring a setting, I have to click a setting button and configure the setting for appropriate outcome. Once I click the setting button, a popup pops up which has various fields to fill. For sighted person, the screen freezes as the pop is on the screen. I am unable to access the popup using NVDA and the NVDA reads the freezed section. Kindly share the process of accessing the popup using NVDA. Thanks in advance.
