1 of the easy way is using the find command. Example, if you are trying to search the skip add, press insert letter f, and type the same and press enter. Screen reader says, "search results, 1of1, skip add, press escape, the focus will be on the skip add button, press enter/space, the add will be skipped. You may also follow the same instructions to find other ctrls as well. Alternatively, if you know the type of ctrls like, buttons, check boxes, you may use the navigational keys like, b for buttons, and so on.
