This day remind us about the importance of accessibility and independence for people who are visually impaired or blind. Louis Braille is the inventor of braille! Louis was born in France in 1809. After a childhood accident, he became blind. When he was only 15 years old, he created a reading and writing system based on Charles Barbier's night writing system.
