I am using Fujitsu ADF cum flatbed scanner, I hardly use its ADF feature. Fujitsu scanners have high speed at 10ppm in flatbed mode, but they are at expensive side. If you don't have budget constraints, I will suggest you Fujitsu ADF cum flatbed scanner. Else, HP also isn't bad option.
