Firefox will no longer support jaws 18 or lower version. either you have to roll back to firefox 52 esr or install JAWS2018 or higher. also take note that firefox version 68 onwards, dont support Java run time JRE plugin. Hence, any web interface designed with JRE interface, will be some difficult to open, even in chroam and microsoft edge.
