Good morning all, Yesterday evening I received a call from a visually impaired person from Bagalkot in Karnataka. He has done his 2nd year PUC and wants to become an engineer. He has approached many institutions but to be turned down. Is there any way out for this person, I told him that I will try and help him get the right connect. Kindly guide me.
