Hi Vinod, Vikas, Vivek, Have interfaced with IRCTC and Paytm in the past and can try to resolve the issue you are facing if you state the problem clearly in the following form.
As I am not a regular screenreader user (also I only have access to NVDA / Narrator / Chromevox) it is difficult for me to communicate to tech people unless I understand the problem clearly myself.
