 Hello from Blind Graduates Forum of India!
 About BGFI-Thinking innovative has been core strength of ours. From
the Walk to Win of 1985 to advocacy, accessibility, experiential
learnings, knowledge
sharing sessions and mentorship, we have tried our level best to
deliver on the most critical aspects concerning our life to make
everyone independent,
aware, safe and secure.
 Background-Thanks to assistive technologies, the cyber expansion of
people with disabilities has grown manifold. But with that growth,
cyber safety becomes
critical to preserve our success. And awareness is the key to achieve
that objective.
 Workshop-To deliver on the moto of "prevention is better than cure",
 we at BGFI Delhi are organizing a workshop on "Preventive Cyber
Protection for Everyday Digital Life" through the trainers from Ernst
& Young India LLP
or "EY"-a multinational professional services company globally.
 The workshop is scheduled at National Association for the Blind,
 Delhi-an NGO which has done remarkably well to promote digital
inclusion of persons with blindness.
 Date & Day: February 22, 2020 (Saturday)
 Time: 2 P.M. to 5 P.M.

 Come join us to learn how to protect passwords, privacy, safeguard
against financial frauds, phishing, data breaches, scamming, and so
on.
 About the trainers- EY has been supportive enough to send experts of
this domain namely:
 Anjan Bhattacharya is an Associate Partner , Advisory Services in EY
and core member of Cyber Security practice and Market Segment
Leadership team in
India & Middle East. Anjan has core expertise in delivering EBIT
objectives and has extensive experience in creating markets in Cyber
Security business
in multiple regions including PAN India /South Asia , Middle East ,
APAC & North America ( EST & Midwest) . He has proven references in
building - scaling
- managing Infosec/cyber business practice with his experience in Big
4 Consulting , Security OEM and Global IT Services companies .
 Anusuya chakravarty is an Manager with a demonstrated history of
working in the accounting industry. Skilled in Data Protection Act,
Data Privacy, Privacy
Law, Legal Writing, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). Strong
administrative professional with a BA.LLB (Hons.) focused in Law from
Amity law School.
 Road Safety and Mobility Project-upon production of Aadhar card,
Disability certificate and photograph, the participants will get a
white cane along with
cane repair kit and user reference manual and a CD containing audio
described movies with a possibility of taking a training on mobility
and smartphone
apps through NAB. All participants are therefore requested to carry
the above mentioned documents. This project is run by NAB Delhi and is
supported by
Goodyear. The details will be explained during the workshop.
