the only option that remains is that, using such programmes as skype and the like for calling through the laptop. I don't think that there is any programme that lets to call from the laptop and that displays the symb number if it is connected to the wifi. and all the VOIP calling services require you to purchase credits to call the mobile phones and the landlines even though you use your own internet.
