Dear all, We are facing a major hurdle in convincing the CS institute to allow a friend the services of his own scribe for his CS Executive exams . We have gone up till the Central Council level. However, folks here are hard wired that such facility if allowed (obstensibly basis their past experiences) would be misused by the blind examinee. Neither the 2018 Guidelines nor invoking feelings of empathy seem to convince them. The only way out seems to furnish them with disabled friendly policies of other educational institutes/ universities. Would be very grateful if I can get my hands on any such policy.
