Pl don't provide medical certificate. There is no requirement like that.
Ask  them on email on what basis they require it.
  Don't entertain such requests on phone call as you cannot document it.
Mention to them, you can only do that if the request is made on email.

Dear Friends.
I am in need of your support regarding 1 query. recently i opened an account
in icici bank because the institution where i am working had asked me to get
an account in ICICI bank.
now the problam is they issued chek book, debit card and net banking kit.
now they are asking for medical certificate saying that the process have
changed. is there any risk involved in providing medical certificate? they
kept my account on hold because they need my medical certificate as i am a
visually impaired.
please guide me in this regard. its very important as the company is using
that account to credit my monthly salary. weighting for your positive reply.
