While there's nothing wrong in expressing one's critique on any issue, but if the critique is influenced by a biased political agenda, then it becomes highly problematic. The NPRD it seems was in too much haste to post its half-baked analysis. The disabled are getting 3 months pension in advance. And though I completely agree with the fact that many disabled would be left out due to unavailability of the certificate, it is also a well known fact that many with a fake certificate would avail the scheme. Since NPRD is an organization working in the disability sector for many years, so here it becomes prudent to ask that what steps it has taken to help those disabled to get a certificate till now? Its not that all those who do not have the certificate have suddenly emerged from out of the closet.
