Srinivas, Once you log on to someone's computer using team viewer then all the keyboard commands are relaid to the computer which you are controlling. In order to control a computer through team viewer, you need jaws installed on the computer which you want to control.
Note: My personal experience has been better with NVDA, I regularly provide tech support to my family through installing NVDA in their as well as my system. Jaws tandem wouldn't work as expected unless you have a licensed copy of jaws in your system.
