Hi I have been using Instagram and it is quite accessible. It gives description about photos, videos and memes. I am able to post my content on it and also comment on my friend's pics. The only drawback is its message box which is totally inaccessible I am using it with TalkBack on my Android I have not tried it with laptop. Regards, Kriya Jain
