Hello sir! I would suggest airtel coz of good coverage! / network! and it works perfectly in Mumbai as well as Delhi! How ever I will not be able to tell you more about any other connections as I my self am a airtel user! and the life time fee for all the mobiles are mostly same! which is 495 rupees! but the plans from service provider may be different!
