hello,
i am using laptop with ms window 8 operating system. i have recently
installed zoom on my machine. i have scheduled the meeting through
zoom and added one participant in the meeting. i would like to
demonstrate the use of jaws screen reading software to the
participant. hence, the voice of my screen reader need to be audible
to the participant. after starting the meeting,  i have been told by
the participant that my screen reader voice is not audible to him
while my voice was only audible. also he was continuously receiving
the alerts on his zoom window that audio disconnected. so i have asked
him to make me hear the voice of the jaws installed on his computer
which i could hear it very clearly. so would could be the reason if
this problem and how to resolve this problem?

i have checked at my end that my microphones are unmuted.

kindly guide on this issue.
