I think, all these mails were downloaded in 2019 and kept there in the
folder. Thereafter you didn't download the mails in ms outlook. you already
mentioned here that you have deleted all of your mail in gmail, so, if
everything is correct in your ms outlook settings, then, all the new mail in
your gmail account will be downloaded in your ms outlook. you can contact me

I hope all of you are fine and safe at your home. I have configured my
GMail account on MS outlook in March 2019. Few days back when I had
opened MS outlook it is only showing mails of March 2019. Although I
have deleted all the mails till April 2021 from my GMail. I had
refreshed MS outlook several times but still it is showing only mails
till March 2019. I am using JAWS 2020, MS Outlook 2010 and Windows 10.
I hope you will resolve my problem at the earliest. Eagerly waiting
