Hello sir. , uninstall Jaws with share components and user settings, in the uninstall dialogue box, you will get two check boxes, check both the checkboxes and hit uninstall. after successful uninstallation, go to C:\program files x86, look there freedom scientific folder, if you get this, then delete this from there and then install Jaws. note while installing Jaws, your computer should be connected with internet because while installing jaws, it downloads certain components from internet. after successful installation, FS reader should come with Jaws. thank you
