Hi, when you go into zoom before joining a meeting or event, have you gon into audio settings in zoom and checked which device is set for microphone input? Go into settings there in the zoom, or press enter on the option test speaker, then, go on pressing tab, when you come to microphone, varify once which device is zoom taking as microphone, then set the device which you have connected or use the feature, test the mic and try.
