Hi Mohit, There are many persons on this lists who are working with private sector across different job profiles i.e. marketing, HR, Finance, Technology, L&D, Strategy operations etc. so listing any generic area is difficult as most of them at the end carve out their own path. In general, since private sector doesn't have any legal mandate to hire persons with disabilities, they only hire you if there is a company policy towards inclusion or you are extremely good in whatever you do.
