Hi, I opened a blank Word 2016 document while using NVDA 2020.1. Purposefully wrote some text full of spelling mistakes.
Pressed F7. Focus went to first misspelled word, first it announced the word, then spelled it with not in dictionary remark and then I got the options, and it went on. looks like there is surely some configuration issue at your end.
