Dear all,
Sports is an important activity of a healthy and active life. Many
Disabled have achieved tremendous height in the field of disability
sports particularly in the field of Cricket, Athletics, Badminton,
Chess, Lawn Tennis etc. Have these achievements brought the equal
opportunity for Disabled in Sports? Has the Sports of Disabled got
equal recognition and status with the sports of NonDisabled?
Exploring all this, Sambhavna invites you for a webinar on 'Status of
Sports of Disabled, Challenges and Possibilities', going to be held on
coming Saturday, 19/09/2020 at 3:45 P.M. on Zoom. Following Speakers
will share their experiences and will give their valuable insight on
this important field which still awaits due recognition and status in
the society.
1. Dr. Satya Pal Singh, a Dronacharya Awardee, whose trained players
have got several medals in Paralympics and other International Sports
Competition for Disabled.
2. Mr. Ekinath Khedekar, who is the Head Finance at International
Blind Tennis Association and the Founder of Happy Humans Foundation.
3. Mr. M.L. Mishra, who happened to be the Coach of the Indian Cricket
Team which played the First Cricket World Cup for the Blind in 1998.
It would be an honour to listen to the rich experiences of these great
