“intentionally insults or intimidates with intent to humiliate a person with disability in any place within public view” Does the above line means that if a PWD is insulted publically only then it is an offence, or even if a PWD is insulted by close relatives/friends/neighbours etc., not publically but personally, then will it be an offence as per RPD Act? Experts please clarify!
