Hi all,

The browse control is a clickable element and not a button.

I was able to give feedback. However, the implementation of the dialog is 
unusual. You have to arrow through the radio buttons in forms mode and then 
enter text. This will enable the submit button. 

I suspect this is a browser quirk because relevant events may not be triggering 
to tell the form that a button is already selected.

I was using NVDA and google chrome. I  doubt any other screen reader will have 
any problems.
