I hope so, google will be introducing their tts for windows platform
too. Actually doing so will be requiring a dedicated team for them to
manage screenreader for windows. I think google hasn't listed
accessibility of windows so seriously as their OS  is being used in
mobile phones only. google is focusing on their operating system
largely.
