Thanks Pranav, elements mode is giving the required results with NVDA.
I tried cycling to Review pane earlier using F6 but it only confused me as
it was not telling the position of the comment and was only reading letter
by letter.
Ctrl + Shift + apostrophe (') is not working with NVDA. I thought it was a
MS Word shortcut. :(
