persons with disabilities and social structure along with the mind-set of
society are the biggest hindrances. Many tour and travel companies have
started exploring ways to provide accessible travel for persons with
different needs.

About speakers
1. Neha Arora
She is the founder of Planet Abled, which provides accessible travel
solutions for people with disabilities. Neha worked with companies like
HCL, Nokia & Adobe before taking the plunge to start Planet Abled. Born to
parents with disabilities she experienced challenges in travelling. One
such experience, became the tipping point for her to leave her corporate
career and start the inclusive travel journey.
The world has so much diversity but often people with disabilities and the
elderly are apprehensive of travelling because of lack of information about
accessibility.Planet Abled strives to break that barrier and gives everyone
the freedom to travel. One can travel solo, with family/friends, go on a
romantic getaway, travel as an institution or organization, go on a cruise
or join a group tour at over 40 plus destinations. Based on various travel
themes like heritage, cultural immersion, adventure, cruise, wellness and
spirituality.
2. Amit Jain
Amit Completed diploma in travel trade in 1993 and five years later,
started his own venture, Rising Star Tours & Travels. As he has always
been  avid traveler filled with perpetual fernweh, he identified the
existing gaps in the tour and travel industry in India and the challenges
that travelers face on a regular basis. This acknowledgment led to the
foundation of Rising Star Tours and Travels—a one-stop destination for all
the traveling needs. In these 21 years of business the company achieved
affiliations from the reputed organisations in the tour & travel industry
such as TAAI, TAFI, IATA, ADITOI, and OTOAI and Won the Best Outbound Tour
Operator Award 2016 and Golden Star Award—leading travel agent of 2018.
The main aim for organising special tours and trips for such special souls
is to welcome them to mainstream tourism along with helping them to
discover a whole new world.
3. Syed MansoorShahab
He completed his BCA from Bangalore University Later on along with his
another visually impaired friend Hemavathi V founded Inclusive Globe in
2019 to make the Inclusive and Accessible Tours for the people with
Disability and non Disable people. Inclusive Globe is an inclusive platform
where persons with and without disability, couples, friends, family,
bachelors and anyone who wants to rejuvenate themselves are welcome.
4. Annpurna Kaur
She is from Delhi and she completed her schooling from National Association
For the Blind (Delhi). After Completing her graduation from Sri
Venkateswara college University of Delhi, she started her company with the
name of Annpurna New Travels in the year 2018.
In initial days the company was providing services to the families and was
providing limited packages. As a person with low vision she was aware of
the challenges of persons with disabilities and started working providing
travel packages to persons with visual impairment.
