hello there, as per my understanding, I have been using galaxy m21 from past two months. talkback is not available in the samsung devices by default. what you have to do is that, to install it from the playstore externally. the thing to remember is that you have to search it as "Android Accessibility suit" instead as talkback. it is a package of accessibility features now and not just a screan reader. it includes talkback as well.
