BOB internet banking is very much accessible.
we have just launched our new portal, hence some problems are there, and our
team is constantly working on it.
not only for VIs, some normal people are also finding it bit difficult when
using. and it happens with any new service or change.
but its factual that before the introduction of this new change, BOB net
banking was best in the market in terms of accessibility.
what features you find difficult to access?
we have introduced captchas and giving audio alternatives for them too.
