Hello Harish, but this is not the case with Pratham Kumar alone, the same is
happening with me as well. Today, all 14 mails from Access India went to my
spam box.

Firstly, make sure accessindia email is there in your contacts.
Secondly unjunk all the accessindia mails. You may have to do this a few
times until your email client understands that all these mails are genuine.
This has to be done at your end.
