CSE – Customer Service Executive Training Program

This training program will prepare candidates for jobs in the Customer
Service, BPO and IT enabled services industry. Candidates will be provided
required training to use computers and domain specific applications. In
addition, experts will work on communication and soft skills of the
candidates and provide practical training on the processes common to the
jobs in these industries.
This is a full-time course focussed on placing candidates in suitable jobs.
Only those visually impaired persons should attend this course who are
willing to take up jobs in the Customer Service/BPO/ITES industry.
Successful completion of the course does not guarantee job placement.
However best efforts will be made to provide job opportunities to all
successful candidates.
Training Duration: 4 months including on the   job training, Course starts
on 1 February 2021
Last date of application: 26 January 2021. Telephonic interview and tests
will be conducted for selection.
Class timings: This is a full-time course. 3 to 4 sessions of 90 minutes
will be held daily Monday to Friday
Training mode: Online, classes will be held using the Zoom conferencing
app. Telephonic assistance will be provided if required to configure and
troubleshoot technical issues in joining the online classes

Eligibility for admission
1. This course is only for visually impaired candidates (blind/low vision).
2. Minimum educational qualification required is a pass in Class 12th.
Preference will be given to candidates with graduation degree.
3. Age – 18 to 40 years
4. Fluency in speaking or written English will be an an advantage .
5. Preference will be given to candidates with some prior computer or
typing/stenographer training
6. Since the training will be conducted online, candidates are required to
have access to a computer with internet connection for joining the online
classes and performing the practical exercises. The logistics will be
checked before admission to the course.

This course is being offered free of cost. Since the course will be
conducted online, no hostel accommodation or transportation will be
provided by NAB Delhi. Candidates are expected to attend the course from
their homes/institutions using their own computer and internet connection.
