hi, writing after quite a while here. last year, I had started a YouTube channel called Rasoi Ke Rahasya, teaching people with vision impairment, the basics of working in the kitchen. that lasted 13 episodes where a complete orientation to the kitchen was covered. after a break, Rasoi Ke Rahasya is back with its second season. this time, the various methods of cooking will be dealt with- the science behind it, how we can get to it effectively, and much more. in addition, we now have a podcast as well, where the same is uploaded simultaneously; with the same name of course. sharing the links for anyone who might find this information interesting. we are hoping to build a community, and encourage conversations around the various topics I will cover here.
