Dear team, Hope everyone is doing well in their personal as well as proffessional life. friends, I would like to get latest scribe guideline for UPSC exam for 2021. There are few guidelines available in google search 1. scribe guideline before 2013, 2. scribe guideline 2014 and 3. scribe guideline 2017. Which one is enforced till date? can someone help me to get active scribe guideline? There are several concerns from my side. How can we provide scribe details while filling online form iduring pandemic? if scribe fails to fulfill his/her promise on exam day then entire year is spoill. suppose, if a candidate has clear prelim and goes for main exam, candidate is in his/her last attempt and scribe refuse to write on end moment then it is scribe's loss. is there any provision to deal with these tough time? legal expertsPlease try to find some way out for the Visually Impaired community.
