India as a whole is accelaerating in terms of adopting digital and we in the blind community whole heartedly welcome it. However continuous digital discriminations makes our life hell specially during pandemic when we could not use app such as big basket, groffer or spensor just like everyone else. Yes, there was alternative measures but it still was not fully independence. RBI should enforce penalty measures then only organizations would take digital accessibility serious. Just my two cents.
