As you all know that Samarth Bharat Manch is an initiative of the
visually impaired (drishti divyang) people, and since its inception in
December 2019 it has been constantly engaged in works of nation's
empowerment through various programmes.
Now we have come up with a another informative webinar, and for that we have
chosen the birth anniversary of maha manav Dr. Ambedkar.
We all know about Dr. Ambedkar that he is called the architect of the
Indian constitution; he was a highly educated barrister; he was
strictly against the caste system. He believed that everyone has the
equal right to education, as education is the key for our unity. He is
also called the maha manav (supreme human being) for his outstanding
work of dalit empowerment. He has also been honoured with Bharat
Ratna, India's highest civilian award.
But there are numerous facets of Dr. Ambedkar's personality which we
are completely unaware of, or rather, we can say that we have been
deliberately kept in the dark.
Some out of the many such facets will be highlighted in the upcoming
webinar. Our esteemed speaker for the webinar shall be Mr. Vedprakash
Sharma who is an excellent orator and intellectual and also a well
known music expert. He is also an extremely dedicated
member of Samarth Bharat Manch.
