Dear Ma'am, *National Institute of Urban Affairs (NIUA) *and *All India Institute of Local Self Government (AIILSG) *in collaboration with the *Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA)* and support from the *Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO)* of the UK Government is implementing the project- Building Accessible, Safe & inclusive Indian Cities (BASllC). The principal goal of BASIIC is to *build the capacities of Indian cities and city officials to be sensitive and responsive to the needs of the people with disabilities (PwDs). * AIILSG, being the training and capacity building partner, intends to *capture the current perception of PWDs, PWD activists and NGOs to help build an Accessible, Safe and Inclusive Indian cities.* It also intends to gauge the city's learning and training needs from the eye of PWDs to holistically build the capacity of city officials and practitioners to plan and implement with the tenets of universal access and inclusiveness. *We need your support: Please fill in the Survey, Please also circulate this amongst peers.* You can access this 3 minutes BASIIC Survey Link <https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSedIZK42hKKEUL5TePXcnx0gwPFKYu8LfXuf5K683stGQmUfw/viewform?usp=sf_link> to complete it online, *before April 19th*.
