Hi everyone,

As the subject line suggests, I'm keen on learning/understanding these
insurance plans for people with blindness.
Though I'm doing my secondary research, I personally wanted to know
the experiences of individuals who have taken these plans in the past.
My questions are as follows.
Is there a difference when we go to get these insurance plans for
ourselves as an earning member of our family? After mentioning about
our permanent disability, does the amount of our premium increase in
comparison to non-disabled folks with same age? What kind of responses
you have received after disclosing your permanent disabilities to the
insurance companies? What are the best insurance companies for people
with disabilities (by comparing the claim ratio and claimed amount
ratio)? How's been your experience with the mainstream insurance
providers?
I'm in my mid-twenties and recently felt the need of buying these
plans, and I don't want to not provide any relevant information while
filling up these forms which might become a hinder during my claim
settlement, and I don't have any medical condition other than my
complete blindness.
Thanks in Advance.
-Shakul
