Hi Access India Members, My railway photo identity card validity is getting over and I am trying to apply it through online from https://divyangjan-rail.in/
But my question is that in the 2nd step after log in they are asking to select the hospital from where we obtain the concession certificate. they listed around 74 hospitals and organisations like NAB, AICB, The Blind Releaf Association Etc from new Delhi. So I would like to know that Since I am from south India and I am not able to find any hospitals or organisations in the list from south. And also they did not give any option for us to enter hospital or organisation address other than what they mentioned in the list. So is there any possibility for me to apply this through online with out visiting DRM office? I also have my UDID card. Kindly guide me on this. -- Thanks and Regards.
